As ICNC's Senior Marketing Manger, I led innovative storytelling initiatives that enhanced brand awareness, community support, and donor engagement. I monitored and optimized campaigns across platforms, and streamlined workflows with the introduction of a content calendar and marketing request system. My leadership during the launch of a nature-based preschool amidst simultaneous crises (the pandemic, a natural disaster, and social unrest) resulted in full enrollment within weeks — a testament to the power of clear, strategic communications.
